Schoenoplectiella mucronata (also called Reed Sweet-Grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to North America. It has a clumping habit and grows to a height of 1m, with thin, arching leaves and small, yellowish-green flower spikes in late summer. It is found in wet meadows, marshes, and along lake and river shores.
