Description

Pouteria belizensis (also called Caimito, among many other common names) is a species of flowering tree in the Sapotaceae family. It is native to Belize, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests. It grows up to 10 m tall, with a trunk diameter of up to 15 cm.
