Description
Cryptostylis sigmoidea (also called the S-shaped Cryptostylis, among many other common names) is an orchid species found in Australia and New Zealand. It has a single, slender, leafless stem, with a single flower at the top. The flower has a yellow labellum with a dark brown to black blotch in the center. It grows in moist, shady habitats, such as rainforest.
