Leuzea rhapontica (also called Rhapontic Rhubarb, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Caucasus and Central Asia. It has a thick, woody rootstock and a single stem that can reach up to 1.5 meters in height. Its leaves are large and divided into three leaflets, and its flowers are small and white. It grows in dry meadows and steppes.
