Leuzea insignis (also called 'Showy Leuzea' and 'Showy Maralroot', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Caucasus and Central Asia. It has a basal rosette of leaves and yellow flower heads. It grows in meadows, grasslands, and rocky slopes at elevations of up to 3,000 meters.
