Description

Fragaria chiloensis (also called Chilean strawberry, among many other common names) is a species of strawberry native to the Pacific coast of North and South America. It is a low-growing, evergreen perennial with white flowers and edible fruit. It grows in coastal areas, in open woodlands, and in disturbed areas, often in thickets.
