Ceratostylis pleurothallis (also called Pleurothallis Orchid, among many other common names) is a small terrestrial orchid native to New Guinea and Australia. It has a single, fleshy, oblong leaf and a single, small, white flower with a yellowish-green labellum. It grows in moist, shady areas in tropical and subtropical climates.
