Physcomitrium magdalenae (also called Magdalena physcomitrium, among many other common names) is a species of moss in the family Grimmiaceae. It is a small, cushion-forming moss with a yellow-green to yellow-brown color. It is native to North America, Europe, and Asia, and can be found in moist, acidic habitats such as bogs, fens, and wet rock ledges.

Physcomitrium magdalenae can be propagated by division of the clumps. The plant prefers moist, well-drained soils and partial shade. It is best grown in an area with consistent moisture and is not tolerant of drought.
