Description

Dolichandrone spathacea (also called Indian Cork Tree, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Bignoniaceae family. It is native to India, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. It is a medium-sized tree, growing to 10–15 m tall, with a trunk up to 60 cm diameter. It is found in dry deciduous forests and on hillsides.
