Description

Dolichandrone columnaris (also called the Columnar False Aralia, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to India, Sri Lanka, and the Malay Peninsula. It has an upright, columnar growth habit and grows up to 10 feet tall. Its leaves are glossy, dark green, and deeply divided into many leaflets. It is typically found in moist, shady forests and along stream banks.
