Description

Perezia carthamoides (also called Carthusian Perezia, among many other common names) is an herbaceous perennial native to South America. It grows in moist soils in open woods, thickets, and along roadsides. It has a short stem and lance-shaped leaves that are toothed along the edges. Its small yellow flowers are clustered together in flat-topped inflorescences.
