Poa ruprechtii (also called Ruprecht's bluegrass, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to the Mediterranean region. It is a perennial grass with a tufted habit and grows to a height of 10–20 cm. It is found in dry grasslands, rocky slopes, and coastal sand dunes.
Uses & Benefits
Poa ruprechtii is used as a forage grass for livestock, as well as for erosion control and as a cover crop. It is also used in landscaping and as an ornamental grass.
