Description
Poa asirensis (also called Asir Poa, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the Mediterranean region. It is a tufted grass with a bluish-green foliage and grows in dry, sunny habitats.

Poa asirensis is used as a forage crop, as an ornamental plant, and as a soil stabilizer.

Poa asirensis has small, white flowers with five petals. Its seeds are small and black in color. The seedlings are thin and delicate.
