Description

Panicum johnii (also called False Broom Sedge, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to South America. It has a clump-forming habit, with flat, lance-shaped leaves and a densely branched inflorescence. It grows in moist soils in open woods, prairies, and roadsides.
