Dimeria guangxiensis (also called 'Guangxi Dimeria', among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to India and Sri Lanka. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as forests and grasslands, and can reach heights of up to 1.5 meters. Its leaves are long and narrow, and its inflorescence is a panicle of spikelets.
