Andrachne fragilis (also called 'Fragile Wireweed', among many other common names) is a small shrub native to Central and South America. It has a single trunk and can reach up to 1 meter in height. Its leaves are simple, alternate, and linear in shape. Its flowers are yellow and its fruits are round and red. It is found in tropical rainforests and dry forests.
