Description

Octomeria tapiricataractae (also called Tapiricata Octomeria, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Orchidaceae. It is native to Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. It is found in montane forests at elevations of 1,400–2,400 m. It is a small plant with a single stem, and has two to three leaves. The flowers are yellowish-green with purple spots.
