Description

Artocarpus rigidus (also called Sandpaper Fig, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Moraceae. It is a large evergreen tree that grows up to 15 meters tall and has a trunk diameter of up to 1 meter. It is native to Southeast Asia and is found in tropical and subtropical forests. It prefers moist and shady habitats.
