Sisyrinchium angustissimum (also called Narrow-Leaved Blue-Eyed Grass, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to North America. It has a basal rosette of linear leaves, and grows up to 30 cm tall. Its flowers are blue to purple, with yellow centers, and arranged in umbels. It grows in moist meadows, prairies, and open woods.
