Gastrolobium brevipes (also called Short-stalked Poison-pea, among many other common names) is a shrub that grows up to 1.5m tall. It has yellow flowers and is native to Australia, particularly in the south-western parts of Western Australia. It is commonly found in sandy soils and is well adapted to dry climates.

Gastrolobium brevipes is a shrub that can be propagated from seed or cuttings. It prefers a sunny position and well-drained soil. It can be grown in pots or in the garden.
