Bauhinia jenningsii (also called Jennings' Bauhinia, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree, up to 6 m tall, with smooth, greyish-brown bark. It is native to Colombia and Venezuela, and is found in dry forests and scrublands, at altitudes of up to 1500 m.
