Description

Acanthophyllum caespitosum (also called 'Tufted Acanthophyllum', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Mediterranean region. It has a woody rootstock and grows to a height of 30-50 cm. Its leaves are linear and its flowers are white, pink or purple and are borne in a capitulum.
