Description
Aspidistra bamaensis (also called Bama Aspidistra, among many other common names) is a species of perennial found in the tropical forests of Southeast Asia. It is a small plant with dark green, glossy leaves and white flowers. It is native to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and is found in moist, shady forests.

Aspidistra bamaensis is a slow-growing, evergreen perennial that prefers partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Propagation is best done through division of the clumps or by seed.
