Description

Rauvolfia semperflorens (also called Semperflorens Devil Pepper, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 4 meters tall. It is native to tropical regions of South and Central America, and is found in wet forests and along riverbanks. It has large, leathery leaves and produces small, white flowers.
