Description

Monanthotaxis poggei (also called Pogge's Monanthotaxis, among many other common names) is a species of plant in the Annonaceae family. It is a small tree, growing up to 8m tall, with a trunk diameter of up to 20cm. It is native to the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia, and is found in the lowland forests of Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam. It prefers moist, shady habitats.
