Pinus yunnanensis (also called Yunnan Pine, among many other common names) is a coniferous evergreen tree native to China. It has a pyramidal shape and grows up to 25 m tall. Its bark is reddish-brown and scaly, and its needles are in bundles of two, 5-10 cm long. It grows in moist, well-drained soils and is found in woodlands and along the edges of swamps and bogs.
