Description
Philesia magellanica (also called Magellan's Philesia, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to South America. It has a basal rosette of leaves, with stems that can reach up to 60 cm in height. It has yellow flowers with purple centers, and prefers moist, well-drained soils in sunny locations.
