Macromitrium sejunctum (also called Separated Haircap Moss, among many other common names) is a species of moss in the Macromitriaceae family. It is found in Europe and Asia, where it grows in moist and shady places, such as on wet rocks, tree trunks, and moist soil. It has a thin, leafy thallus with a greenish-brown color and a smooth texture.
