Description
Trichosalpinx systremmata (also called Systremma Trichosalpinx, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, and Peru. It is found in moist montane forests, often near streams, at elevations of 1000-3000 meters.

The flowers of Trichosalpinx systremmata are yellowish-green with a brownish-purple center. The seed is a small, round, dark brown seed. The seedlings are small, green and have a single stem.
