Description
Thrixspermum megacarpum (also called 'Large-fruited Thrixspermum' and 'Large-fruited Orchid', among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Southeast Asia. It is a small epiphyte with a thin stem, reaching a maximum height of around 10 cm. It has thin, leathery leaves and small, yellowish flowers with a white labellum. It grows in humid, shady forests, often among mosses and lichens.
