Stenotyla maxillaperta (also called Maxillaperta Stenotyla, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Ecuador. It is a small epiphytic orchid with a pseudobulb and long, thin leaves. It is found in humid forests in the western part of the country. It grows in the understory of the forest, on trees and rocks.
