                        Description
                        
                            Pterostylis metcalfei (also called Metcalfe's Greenhood, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Australia. It is a terrestrial herb growing to 10–20 cm tall, with a single erect, linear leaf 10–20 cm long and 1–2 mm broad.
