Plocoglottis parviflora (also called Small-flowered Orchid, among many other common names) is a species of orchid found in New Guinea. It is a small to medium-sized epiphyte with a stem up to 40 cm long. It has linear, leathery leaves that are up to 15 cm long. The flowers are yellowish-green and have a labellum that is white with purple spots.
