                            Pleurothallis dasypetala (also called Hairy-petaled Pleurothallis, among many other common names) is a small epiphytic orchid with a short, erect stem and a single, apical leaf. It is native to Colombia and Venezuela, and is found in wet montane forests at elevations of 1000-2000 meters.
