Description

Papilionanthe vandarum (also called Vandar's Lady's Slipper, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to India, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. It is a terrestrial orchid with a single leaf and a single flower. The flower has a white lip and yellowish-green sepals and petals. It grows in evergreen forests at elevations of up to 1,500 meters.
