Paphiopedilum nataschae (also called Natascha's Paphiopedilum, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Thailand. It is a small sized epiphyte with a pseudobulb up to 2 cm long and 1 cm wide. It is found in wet montane forests at elevations of 1000 to 2000 meters.
