Cultivation and Propagation

Masdevallia calura can be propagated through division or by seed. When propagating by division, the plant should be divided into several sections, each with at least two growth points. The divisions should then be planted in a well-draining medium and kept moist. When propagating by seed, the seeds should be sown on a moist medium and kept in a warm, humid environment until germination occurs. Once the seedlings have emerged, they should be transplanted into individual pots and kept in a warm, humid environment.
