Description
Liparis leptopus (also called Slender-petaled Liparis, among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid species native to China, Japan, Korea, and the Russian Far East. It grows in shady, moist, evergreen forests at elevations of 0–1000 m. This species has an erect stem, up to 20 cm tall, with two to four leaves. The flowers are yellowish-green, with a white lip.
Cultivation and Propagation
Liparis leptopus is an epiphytic orchid native to tropical Asia. It can be propagated by division or by seed. It prefers a moist, well-drained soil in partial shade. It can be grown in pots or in the ground.
