Lepanthes cuneiformis (also called Wedge-shaped Orchid, among many other common names) is a small epiphytic orchid found in Central and South America. It has a single leaf and a single flower with a white lip and yellow sepals. It is native to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela, and is found in cloud forests and humid montane forests at elevations of 1000-3000m.
