                        Description
                        
                            Isochilus carnosiflorus (also called Carnose-flowered Isochilus, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to the Andes of Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. It grows in moist, shady habitats in the understory of montane forests.

                            Isochilus carnosiflorus is used in traditional medicine for treating fever, headache, and stomach ache.
