Gymnadenia frivaldii is an orchid native to Europe. It can be cultivated in a well-draining, humus-rich potting mix, such as a combination of bark, peat, and perlite. It prefers bright, indirect light and temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). Water regularly, but allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Propagation is done through division of the mature clumps.
