Description

Gongora chocoensis (also called Choco Gongora, among many other common names) is a species of orchid found in Central America and northern South America. It is a small to medium sized epiphytic orchid with a single, thick, leathery leaf. The flowers are white with yellow and red markings and have a sweet scent. It grows in humid forests and is found from Mexico to Ecuador.
