Description
                        
                            Gastrodia flavilabella (also called 'Yellow-bellied Tongue Orchid', among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid native to China, Japan, and Korea. It has a single, fleshy, tongue-like leaf, and a single, short-lived, yellow-bellied flower.                             The flower of Gastrodia flavilabella is white with a yellow lip and a short spur. The seed is a small, round, black seed with a hard outer coating.
