                        Description
                        
                            Gastrochilus acaulis (also called 'Cape jasmine', among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree with glossy, dark green leaves and fragrant, white flowers. It is native to tropical and subtropical regions of Asia and is found in open woodlands, thickets, and along roadsides.
