Disa extinctoria (also called Extinct Disa, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to South Africa. It has a single, erect, slender stem that grows up to 40 cm tall. The leaves are linear-lanceolate and grow up to 10 cm long. The flowers are pink and are borne in a dense spike. It grows in moist mountain grasslands and rocky slopes.
