Didymoplexis latilabris can be propagated by seed or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in a well-draining soil mix and kept moist. Cuttings should be taken from new growth and rooted in a well-draining soil mix. Both methods should be kept in a warm, humid environment with bright, indirect light. Once established, Didymoplexis latilabris should be watered regularly, fertilized every few weeks, and pruned to maintain a desired shape.
