Dendrochilum cymbiforme (also called Cymbiform Dendrochilum, among many other common names) is a species of orchid found in the Philippines. It is a small to medium-sized epiphyte with short, thin, arching pseudobulbs and many thin, long, arching, spreading leaves. It is found in humid, montane forests at elevations of 500 to 1500 meters.
