Description
Dendrobium milaniae (also called 'Milaniae Dendrobium', among many other common names) is an epiphytic orchid species native to Southeast Asia. It has long, thin, leathery leaves and grows in humid, tropical forests. It is found in India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Cultivation and Propagation
Dendrobium milaniae can be propagated by division or by stem cuttings. It prefers a warm to hot climate with bright light and good air circulation. It should be grown in a well-draining medium, such as bark or sphagnum moss, and watered regularly. Fertilize every two weeks during the growing season with a balanced fertilizer.
