Campylocentrum lutheri is an epiphytic orchid that can be propagated from division. The plant should be carefully divided and each division should be planted in a well-draining potting mix. The divisions should be kept in bright, indirect light and watered regularly. Once the divisions have rooted, they can be transplanted into larger pots and given regular fertilizer.
