Campylocentrum fasciola is a terrestrial orchid native to Costa Rica and Panama. It can be grown in a pot or in the ground in a well-draining medium such as bark chips or sphagnum moss. It prefers bright, indirect light and temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). Water regularly, allowing the medium to dry out between waterings. Fertilize monthly with a balanced fertilizer diluted to half strength.
